How To Touch-up Your Gray Roots At-home

Step 1: Apply color mix immediately to dry, unwashed, detangled hair. For best gray coverage, use the bottle and saturate the hair completely.

Pro Tip
Work neatly, take thin partings to ensure complete saturation.

Step 2: Apply to your new growth (roots) only, avoiding previously color treated hair. Starting in the front, apply top to bottom in rows about ¼ inch apart.

Step 3: When the front is complete, move to the back applying in vertical partings.

Pro Tip
If you are right handed, start on the left and move to the right. Vice versa for lefties.

Step 4: Once the color mix is applied to all of the new growth, front & back, start your timer according to your personalized instructions. Up to 45 minutes for stubborn gray.

Step 5: Work remaining mixture gently through hair lengths and ends. Leave color on for the additional timing according to your personalized instructions.

Pro Tip
Use the reusable color brush received in your first kit to check for missed spots at the front hairline and natural part.
